Preparation
1. Finely mince the chicken breast meat. Mix minced onion, ginger paste, green chilies, mint leaves, salt, lime juice, garam masala powder, eggs, and bread crumbs, and form round balls.
2. Set the microwave to high power. Take 2 tbsp of oil in an oven-proof dish. Place the balls in the oil. Close the lid of the dish and fry for 2 minutes.
3. After 2 minutes, take out the dish, transfer the meat balls to another dish, and add ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, sour curd, cumin powder, garam masala powder, poppy seeds, tomato paste, bay leaves, cloves, raisins, and 2 tbsp of water. Mix well, open, and place in the oven.
4. After 2 minutes, take out the dish and mix in the roasted balls, ghee, fried onion, and salt. Close the lid of the dish and place it back in the oven. Cook for 6 minutes. After 6 minutes, take out the dish and stir it. Close the lid and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. After 2 minutes, remove the meatball gravy and keep the lid closed for 5 minutes. Then serve with hot rice, pulao, paratha, or roti.
