Ingredients
- Chicken: 1 kg
- Red chili powder: 2 tbsp
- Red chili paste: 2 tbsp or as required
- Turmeric powder: 1 tbsp
- Salt: 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
- Olive oil: 3 tbsp
- Cashew nut paste: 2 tbsp
- Yogurt: 2 tbsp
- Oil: 1 cup
- Cardamom
- Chopped onions: 1 cup
- Onion and garlic paste: 2 tbsp
- Cumin paste: 1 tbsp
- Coriander paste: 1 tbsp
- Green chilies: 5 pcs
- Milk: 250 ml
- Ginger powder: 1 tbsp
- Hot spices: 1 tbsp
Steps
1. Marinate the chicken with red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, soy sauce, olive oil, cashew nut paste, and yogurt. Leave it for 30 minutes.
2. Pour oil into a pan and wait for it to heat up.
3. Put the chicken in the hot oil.
4. Fry until brown.
5. Take out the chicken and mix it with the excess spices.
6. Put some butter in the pan along with the fried oil.
7. Add some cardamom.
8. Add some cinnamon.
9. Stir until the flavors are extracted.
10. Add 1 cup of chopped onions.
11. Add 2tbsp onion and garlic paste.
12. Put 2tbsp red chili paste.
13. Add 1tbsp cumin paste.
14. Mix well and stir.
15. Add 1tbsp of coriander paste.
16. Add some water at that point.
17. Stir well and cover your pan for 5 minutes.
18. Add some salt.
19. Cover with a lid until oil comes out.
20. Add your marinated chicken and stir well. Keep covered with a lid for 5 minutes.
21. Add some water.
22. Add some green chili for flavor.
23. Pour 250ml milk into the chicken.
24. Keep it on medium heat for 7 minutes.
25. Add 1 tbsp ginger powder.
26. Add some hot spices.
27. Finally, add 1.5 tbsp sugar to balance the taste.
28. Keep it on high heat for 3 minutes with the lid on, then turn off the heat.
And then serve it to your friends and family along with basmati rice or traditional bread.
