Cream Sugar Toast Recipe: Easy Breakfast With Bread

One morning, I didn’t have anything for breakfast. Then, I randomly tried something with bread, and this recipe came out. It’s just a simple breakfast idea with bread.

Ingredients:

  1. Tow slice of Bread
  2. One egg
  3. Powder milk 3tbsp
  4. Cinnamon
  5. Cardamom
  6. Sugar

For Sugar Toast:

1. Pour 1 tablespoon of sugar onto a hot pan.

2. Wait and let the sugar melt.

3. Take two pieces of sandwich bread or milk bread.

4. Place one piece of bread on the melted sugar and roast it on low heat. Flip the bread and roast both sides. Do the same with the other piece of bread.

5. You will have nice, crispy, and brown bread.

For Egg Milk Cream:

1. Pour 200ml of water into a saucepan and turn on medium heat.

2. Add three slightly torn cardamom pods.

3. Add three pieces of cinnamon.

4. Let the water boil to release the flavors from the spices.

5. Add 3 tablespoons of powdered milk to the hot water to make liquid milk. Add 2 teaspoons of sugar (optional).

6. Add a pinch of salt to balance the overall sweetness of the dish.

7. Keep it boiling on low heat to keep it hot.

8. Crack one egg and whisk it well.

9. Slowly pour the hot milk into the whisked egg, stirring continuously.

10. Remove all excess spices.

11. Pour the egg and milk mixture back into the pan. Keep stirring over medium heat until it thickens.

12. Once thickened, pour it into a mug.

Serving:

Pour the egg milk cream over the top of the toast.

This is a simple but delicious breakfast with bread. When you take your first bite, its creamy texture will melt in your mouth, releasing a burst of flavorful spices.
