Quick and Easy Boneless Chicken with Cashews, Cooked in the Oven in 15 Minutes.

Preparation
1. Cut the chicken breast into 2 halves and place them in an ovenproof dish covered with half a cup of water.
2. Boil the meat in the oven for 4 minutes with the lid of the dish closed.
3. Take out the dish after 4 minutes. Once the chicken is cool, remove the meat from the bones. Cut the meat into 1-inch lengths.
4. In an ovenproof dish, roast the spices in the oven with oil, minced onion, ginger, garlic paste, coriander, cumin powder, whole cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaves, sour yogurt, and 2 tablespoons of water.
5. After 2 minutes, take out the dish and add the boiled chicken pieces, garam masala powder, cubed tomato, and fried onions. Mix in 2 tablespoons of thick milk very well. Then cover the dish and cook for 6 minutes.
6. Take out the dish after 6 minutes. Mix in 1 teaspoon of ghee and cashew nuts, and cover the dish for 5 minutes. Then serve hot.
