Microwave Chicken Roast Recipe

Preparation

1. Cut the chicken into 4 pieces, wash them thoroughly, and drain the water. Score the chicken with a knife and apply a little saffron.

2. Place the chicken pieces in an ovenproof dish. Mix them with oil, curd, ginger paste, garlic paste, peanut paste, poppy seed paste, chili, cumin powder, Garam masala powder, raisins, plum, ghee, and fried onion. Let the mixture marinate for 20 minutes.

3. Cover the dish with a lid and place it in the oven.

4. Set the microwave to high power and cook for 8 minutes. Stir the mixture occasionally while cooking. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
