Preparation
1. Cut the chicken breast meat into pieces, wash, and drain the water.
2. Cut the pineapple into 2-inch (2 in) lengths.
3. Apply soy sauce to the meat and soak for 10 minutes.
4. In an ovenproof dish, mix onion, ginger, garlic paste, chili powder, and water, and roast the spices for 2 minutes.
5. After 2 minutes, mix the meat, sugar, and salt well, and cook for 5 minutes.
6. After 5 minutes, mix 1 teaspoon (1 tsp) of corn-flour and pineapple dissolved in cold water. Stir well and cook in the oven for 2 minutes.
7. After 2 minutes, take out and serve hot.
