Quick and Easy Chicken Korma in Microwave Oven

10Yogurt 2 tbsp.
11Milk (liquid) ½ cup
12Whole cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaves 2/3 pcs each
13Peanut butter ½ tbsp.
14Poppy seeds 2 tbsp.
15Salt ½ tsp

Preparation

1. Cut the chicken into medium pieces, wash and drain the water, then apply yogurt.

2. In an oven-proof dish, mix oil, onion paste, ginger, coriander powder, cumin powder, whole cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, and 2 tbsp. water. Keep the dish uncovered and place it in the oven.

3. Set the microwave to high power. Roast the spices in the oven for 2 minutes.

4. After 2 minutes, take out the dish and mix in the sliced, sour-yogurt-coated meat, garam masala, ghee, and onions. Mix very well, cover the dish, and cook in the oven for 6 minutes.

5. After 6 minutes, take out the dish and mix in the milk. Shake it well, cover the dish, and cook for 4 minutes.

6. After 4 minutes, take out the dish and keep the lid closed for 5 minutes, then serve hot.
